We knew Kristin would go fast!  Not to much longer and we have a beautiful baby boy, we are thinking of naming him Daniel.  Here are the stats 7 lb 12 oz, 20 inches long and some hair.

Love my Joshua!

Well, what do I say. Joshua has an infatuation with Tinkerbell and insists on wearing the costume. He loved wearing Joseph's old Peter Pan costume until he filtered through the dress-ups and found Hannah's Tinkerbell. Being Peter Pan just wasn't going to cut it. So, he runs around and pretends like he is throwing pixie dust on everyone, then picks up a sword and fights. Gotta love it, right? I'm just glad he doesn't have the sassy attitude of Tinkerbell. Lets just say this little boy makes me smile everyday and it is his impish grin that forgives him for plugging the toilet after flushing down a contact solution bottle, forcing us to buy a new toilet, for putting my necklaces down the heating vents, and replying with the answer "just because" for every question I ask him! He may keep us on our toes all the time, but he sure does make us smile!

Frosting a cooking according to a toddler...

My kids love sugar cookies, as do I, so we decided to make an afternoon out of it. Joshua has his certain method:
Step 1: Lick your fingers

Step 2: Lick the knife with frosting on it

Step 3: Frost the cookie

Step 4: Enjoy your creation!
Hannah and Joseph enjoyed themselves, too.
Lets just say that we won't be taking these cookies around to others. But as I see it, it is all about the process, not the product, right?

Bouncin' off the walls, literally

I found out that every Wednesday, "Bouncin' off the Walls" offers an open bounce for $5 per child from 3-7 p.m. We were so tired of being home and thought we would try this out. I had James with me, thank heavens, so he could help carry Joshua up to the big slide. Needless to say, they had a great time and it was fun to see them running around and getting some fun exercise for a few hours. Another idea for a family night is the Lions Club offers swimming for the family for only $5 every monday night. We went a few weeks ago and the kids were in heaven! Here are a few pictures at "Bouncin' off the Walls". They didn't turn out great, but good enough.

James taking advantage of the slide. What a good Dad!
