Something to smile about

First of all, who wouldn't smile after licking a bowl of chocolate? (aka Joshua)
Second of all, I just found out that my mom got permission from the area presidency in Germany to come home from the mission to help with the baby! So, that certainly gives me something to smile about given that James has been out of town for 3 days and doesn't get back for another 7 days. Not the most perfect timing being 35 weeks pregnant, but I'm trying to have a good attitude about it. But having my mom around for a week in February to help with the kids will sure be something to look forward to!

ONEiTY giveaways

For any interested, ONEiTY does a giveaway (not always something from the store) every Tuesday and will continue to do it every Tuesday throughout this year! The giveaways are so fun and cute and hey, it's free! You just have to make a comment on the blog by the Thursday of that week and one lucky person will be chosen as the winner. Last week they gave away a cute oil cloth bag and this week's giveaway is a $40 gift certificate to Sarah Jane Studios to choose one of her DARLING pieces of children's artwork from her etsy shop. I just wish I wasn't involved so I could make a comment! Here below is an example of her work. Just check out the blog at http://oneity.blogspot.com
ONEiTY is also now online so check out the fun new spring stuff that will be posted on the website this week at www.oneitygoods.com

Fun at the cabin

We had a great weekend up at my parents cabin. The only thing missing, were my parents! We wish they could be here. The kids had a great time sledding, snowmobiling, and playing games. The kids and I went up Thursday night and James came up on Friday evening. We sure missed having James around for Friday day because I tried my best playing in the snow and taking the kids on a ride on the snowmobile being 33 weeks pregnant and pretty much wore myself out! But, we had a great time. All I can say, is one of my favorite quotes which is on my mom's refrigerator is "You never know when you're making a memory." I hope we made some good ones!

Our beautiful snowman!
